It is Crytica Security’s name for a patented device-security technology that aims to spot suspicious activity quickly, generate an alert, and isolate the affected device or connection before the issue spreads. In security terms, that combines detection and response in one workflow.
This matters because many real-world attacks move through endpoints, industrial devices, and other hard-to-monitor assets where delayed response can cause major disruption. A fast isolation step can limit lateral movement, reduce exposure, and buy time for analysts to investigate.
