AgentDB

A persistent store used by Ruflo for agent memory or learning data that can affect later behavior.

AgentDB is a persistent data store used by Ruflo to keep agent memory, learned preferences, or other state that can influence later decisions. Unlike short-lived runtime context, data in AgentDB survives across sessions, so it can shape future tool use, prompts, routing, and automation outcomes.

This matters because persistent agent state becomes a security target. If an attacker can read AgentDB, they may recover sensitive memories, embedded secrets, or workflow logic. If they can write to it, they may poison an agent’s behavior, plant malicious instructions, or cause the system to repeat unsafe actions later. Defenders should treat AgentDB like privileged application data: restrict access, authenticate all control paths, validate writes, segregate tenants, encrypt data at rest, and monitor for unexpected changes. In AI orchestration platforms, memory is not just convenience data; it is part of the trust boundary.
