Salesforce org

A tenant-specific CRM environment that can store sensitive business records.

A Salesforce org is a tenant-specific environment in Salesforce, configured for one organization or business unit. It contains that tenant’s CRM data, such as prospect and customer records, and may include custom applications, user accounts, and connected services. Because it can centralize sensitive business information, unauthorized access may expose records or enable misuse of business workflows.

In real attacks, access can result from stolen credentials, compromised sessions, or overly permissive integrations and connected apps. Defenders should enforce strong authentication and least-privilege access, review connected-app permissions, and monitor sign-ins and data exports. A claim that an attacker accessed an org is not, by itself, proof of data theft; logs and an investigation are needed to establish what was accessed or removed.
